As the first Haredi Hesder yeshivot, Chedvata offers a unique combination of Torah study, military service and college training, while maintaining the high religious standards of its participants.
We have plans to open two more depending on funding for next year. Chedvata also has its own fighting unit in the IDF called בצוות “B’Tzavta” which means together.
By serving in the IDF, Haredi men not only gain valuable experience and skills, but also cultivate a deeper sense of belonging and patriotism toward the State of Israel.
With successfully preparing its haredi students for both the workforce and the military, Chedvata strengthens Israel militarily, economically and socially as well, by promoting unity between the Haredim and the rest of Israeli society.

Founded in 2017 by Haredim, Chedvata is a pioneering institution playing a pivotal role in integrating Haredi men into Israeli society.

Chedvata has four campuses with over 400 students- our main campus at Gan Yavne near Ashkelon, in Netivot, Nesher (near Haifa) and in Netanya.
